Christine Hopkins
President & CEO

Christine Hopkins is the President & CEO and Managing Owner of ASCI and has been with the organization since 2013. Christine has a passion for leadership development and the wellbeing of the ASCI team members. While ASCI is a service provider, how we treat our team members and provide those services is what sets us apart. We look for team members who are resilient, innovative and willing to see the situation through our customer's eyes. Christine leads the organization with the philosophy of doing the right thing, even when it is not directly in our best interests. People first, profit second..

Prior to joining ASCI, Christine spent more than 12 years specializing in Human Resources and Safety. Christine still remains grounded in HR by continuing to serve as a volunteer with the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) to assist with professional exam development.

Christine grew up in an Air Force family and moved around as her dad changed duty stations. Alaska was the last US location she lived before they moved overseas. She returned to Alaska to attend the University of Alaska Anchorage after high school. Christine is married to a retired Army soldier and they have made Alaska their home. She loves Alaska and spends her free time doing various outdoor activities with her family. She is active in the community and volunteers with various local non-profit organizations. Christine holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, an MA in Business Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and an MS in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Scott McCoy
Technology Development Director

Scott McCoy is the manager of the Information Technology department and has been with ASCI since 1999. His responsibilities at ASCI include all aspects of IT operations and software development.

Prior to joining ASCI in 1999, Mr. McCoy worked in Anchorage for four years at an IT outsourcing company and prior to that, eight years in Tennessee as database administrator and FOCUS developer.  McCoy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

In his ASCI capacity, Mr. McCoy managed the implementation of our IT infrastructure at startup, continuing infrastructure support, and the ongoing development of our web based applications supporting our clients.

Jonathan Emery
Business Development Manager

Jonathan joined the ASCI team in September 2019. Prior to working with ASCI Jonathan served in the US Army for 21 years managing multifunctional logistics organizations at multiple levels.

Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Carbondale, an MBA from Trident University International, and a MA in National Defense and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College.
