Christine Hopkins is the President & CEO and Managing Owner of ASCI, a woman-owned small business headquartered in Alaska. Since joining the organization in 2013, she has led ASCI through strategic transformation and sustainable growth, including a successful pivot into federal contracting during a time of major industry disruption.

Scott McCoy
VP of Technology Development & Co-Owner
Scott McCoy is the manager of the Information Technology department and has been with ASCI since 1999. His responsibilities at ASCI include all aspects of IT operations and software development.

Scott grew up in the hills of Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. While in Tennessee, Scott started his career as a database administrator and FOCUS developer.

Kenneth Hopkins
Federal Business Development Manager & Co-Owner
Kenneth A. Hopkins is the Federal Business Development Manager at ASCI Federal Services, where he leads strategic federal growth initiatives and fosters mission-aligned partnerships across defense and civilian sectors. A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with 21 years of service, Ken brings deep operational experience, leadership expertise, and a passion for serving both clients and the veteran community.

Rosita Johnson

Rosita Johnson is the Business Development Manager of ASCI and is in charge of the marketing strategy and expanding client base in commercial and government sectors.

Rosita joined ASCI in July of 2001 while finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems. She started as a Data Entry Intern, and eventually progressed into procurement and inventory management leadership roles.
